This week's special guest Mysfit TheLostBoy
Hailing from West Baltimore City, Mysfit The Lostboy is a spoken word artist, performer, storyteller, author, and playwright escaping the madness of the world through art
His work captures the very essence of tragedy and uses its bitterness to create beauty while breaking down barriers meant to stand in his way and for the Black LGBTQ Community.
Mysfit’s work has been published in the poetry and urban fiction genres. Most recently he won the 2019 Day Eight Poetry Project and published his 2nd book of poems entitled "Port of Exit". He writes from a place of hope and humanity. The stage is where he allows his art to lift from pages as he opens to share his passions.
Shy in nature but ferocious on stage, TheMysfit is a living testament proving poetry soothes even the most savage beast.
