Interesting and nice video.
Tnx!
If you put a small hole in the bottom of the oil jug when you turn it upside down it will help it flow better. You can use a clamp to crimp to the hose to control the flow.
I changed my diff oil with Lucas 75w90. I thought it was topped off but I had more fluid than I though I would need. I bought 3 bottles. I used about 2.5 or so between front and rear. I hear the wheel bearing type sound on the pass right. It’s not loud but very dull at highway speeds. I’m going to check fluid level tomorrow and try to add more fluid. Heavier fluid may help?
If you drop a magnet in the fluid it will attract the metal and you can see how much is present. Normal wear of the ring and pinion from new will occur, so don't panic. Big chucks should scare the hell out of you though!
Hi there. Great video. Need to do this on mine. What oil spec?
Hope you boys still have Elantra. This is my favorite car
Does audi recommendation these fluids be changed i have a 2015 with 138k miles and i haven’t changed the transmission oil or the rear or front gear boxes what oil should i use
Hi..thank you for Video & I have 1 Question my porsche front differential makes a little Noise when I'm going 80kmh but it doesn't make that noise at high speeds. Should i put 75/90 with treatment oil, or should I use 90/140?
is it better to use 75w90 or the 75-140? also synthetic vs non synthetic?
75w140.
Did you use a 75-140 gear oil or should we use 75-90 . Does it actually make a difference? Top video !
hi did you do yours if so what oil was best for you thanks
Hahhaha draining diff oil in буркан от кисели краставици...brilliant
You can buy a hand pump that threads onto the top of oil bottles for about $10 at Walmart for refilling -- it will be much easier. How many miles were on that Cayenne? I was surprised how black it was.
