Borahae! I am a singer/songwriter/producer that rediscovered my passion for music during the pandemic after hearing BTS. A wild musical journey ensued that reunited 2 childhood friends (me & Lucas). Along the way, we built a music studio and now we travel the world to showcase both known and hidden talents that deserve more recognition.

XG the most talented & charismatic, but insanely underrated, group on the planet. And you have only seen like 5% of their content. You really should check out "Shooting Star" which is the main track to the b-side Left Right. Both are 10/10. If these young queens don't explode globally it really says a lot about the music industry as a whole. They really need more exposure in the U.S. somehow.
Not really underrated, from what I've seen they're received pretty well. They're still up and coming, and they're doing pretty well in the marketing after that cypher blew up. So it's up to the company how they'll use the hype they've accumulated now in order to proceed, with a wrong move all this attention and praise garnered this comeback might go to waste.
Definitely not underrated considering that they’re still rookies. They’re doing VERY well for themselves and are at a steady pace at achieving what they set out to achieve.
All 4 official releases have been in English yet only Maya is really fluent in English. Some of the covers and raps have been in Japanese, Korean or English or a combination of all 3 languages.
Only Maya? I thought Harvey is from Australia? I guess I could go look again... Sorry if I am wrong.
@James Curfman Harvey is half Australian but grew up in Japan. She knew more English as a kid but forgot most of it but by their last interview all 7 are a lot more fluent now.
This is great, guys! Left Right is their B-side to Shooting Star single. Sometimes I get Aaliyah/TLC, 90s/2000s vibes them.
XG (Xtraordinary Girls) were trainees from 2017 - 2021 until their debut in March 18, 2022 with Tippy Toes. Might as well check that out then Mascara then catch up to Shooting Star. Their tapes are also worth viewing and those are like bilingual/trilingual.
As of this time, their 4 released songs are all in English.
Yes exactly they feel and sound so polished!!! It's absolutely insane that they debuted in 2022.

So from what I recall, all members have trained for 5 years prior to their debut "Tippy Toes".
They are being marketed as a global pop girl group; Japanese members singing in English while doing promotions in Korea. They're also pretty good in speaking English as well.

I kinda agree with the dancing comment that you made. I do think that newer girl groups have more powerful dance moves recently. I really do the dancing I have seen from XG so far. Sometimes female idols look really uncomfortable in what they are wearing when they perform or they sometimes it seems like they stay in one place when they dance. They might be my first gg lol!

Their debut song, Tippy Toes, literally is a takeover; it's right there in the lyrics, they made their intentions crystal clear. So far, their title tracks have been all English. Most of these ladies are from Japan, one grew up in Australia.
XG is a all Japanese member girls group all trained under a 5 year project by Avex Japan and its subsidiary XGALX which Avex also established in korea for this project to promote there and also to aim the global market via kpop platforms,Some of them were only 5th or 6th grader when ther first started.Their foundation were built early on,all solid,well prepared for this project.They traveled between two countries during the preparation period,then before their pre debut,they moved to a studio in korea.
There are multi national creators and staff members work for this project and of course the producer himself is a Japanese who was a Avex trainee himself and graduated from Japanese university of Music.
They're actually they're been trained in Japan for 5 years before going to Korea. They're going back and forth for the training and promotion,. They do not belong to K-Pop genre. They're all Japanese members that they should belong to J-Pop then K-Pop, but people called them a Japanese Global Group. They're under AVEX Japanese Company and partnered with Korean Company only. AVEX is funding most of the productions.
It's a matter of time untill they will go stupid popular. They have all they need

XG is a global girl group, they aren’t necessarily limited to a genre. So far all of their releases are in English! Their talent and creativity makes them stand out in the music industry, they have unique vocals and such a strong stage and performing presence. I can’t wait for our girls to show us more music 🥹

XG’s first DANCE PERFORMANCE..Move 1# made me an instant fan and this was before their debut. JAKOPS “SIMON” is the EXECUTIVE PRODUCER and he’s a former KPOP Idol who was an amazing singer for DALMATION. XG has a new introduction to their documentary of their beginnings called “XTRA XTRA”. They refer to themselves as XPOP. They are a GLOBAL HIP HOP GROUP. Unfortunately, they received a lot of mean KNETZ commenting but regardless they have a huge fan base called “ALPHAZ”. Mori fan here and now an XG fan too. i'm glad you guys found them. this song is the B side to Shooting Star. also a great vid and song. they also do dance videos to go with all the songs. XG promotes out of South Korea and target a global audience singing in english. the Vocalists also have their own videos shocasing thier abilities. Juria and Chisa did a duet covering Justin Bieber's "Peaches" some of the single vocalist vids are in other languages. More XG please

I became a subscriber after seeing your first XG reaction, Mascara. I like how dude on the left interjected the missed opportunity he saw in his eyes. I love constructive criticism, even that really wasn't. I liked his approach and delivery. I heard one reactor laugh on one video and actually say XG could have done better on one part. Okay, each to their own opinion and I realize it's a reaction video, but, I didn't like her saying that. LOL. I didn't comment nor did I become her sub. But you guys are good. Honesty is the best policy, byt delivery is just as important.

XG Refers to themselves as XPOP.
@@stephanieallangarman5598 They are based in Korea, mainly promotes & trained in Korea so by definition they are definitely K-pop. K-pop is an English term means pop music from Korea and not music from Koreans. So them being all Japanese has nothing to do with it nor what they consider themselves as.
@@YCHTT They trained not only in Korea, almost all the members of the group come from Avex Academy, Avex itself is a large Japanese conglomerate that owns XGALX. And the members themselves, not even Simon (producer and head) do not consider themselves a K-pop group.
