Good question,
It's a rule, whenever you have a compound sentence you have to put comma before and.
Grammatically speaking, No matter which conjunction you use to join sentences together, you ought to use comma to separate each simple sentence. Always remember that the comma comes B 4 the conjunction..

لماذا لا تتقبل النقد البناء والهادف...
أنا لا نقد من أجل النقد ولكن لأجل التصحيح..
وكل إبن آدم خطاء لا يوجد إنسان كامل ولانسان السوي العاقل يقبل النقد والنصيحة بصدر رحب واسداء النصيحة واجب وقد ورد ذلك في سورة العصر.... وانت لماذا ترجمني بكلام جارح وقبيح أنا لم اقصد الشخص بعينه كشحص بل كنت اقصد اسلوب اللغة... والإنسان صاحب الخير يقبل النصيحة ولا خير في قوم لا يتناصحون ولا يقبل بعضهم النصيحة وقد ورد هذا في الحديث النبوي الشريف...
