Good thing she's back but the story is fishy from the beginning to the end. If it is a hoax it's an insult to all real cases of people being abducted and killed.
Why wouldn't she want to get info out ASAP and find the culprit and the child used as "bait." Why would you go home on foot instead of run to the first business you saw with a light on? They have already interviewed a trial lawyer, and FBI agent, and a police officer that think the facts aren't adding up. It's not looking good. Glad she's home though.
Her parents did an interview with MSNBC saying they warned her of this exact scenario and then it happened!?! If this truly happened wouldn't the police warn the community that someone is on the loose? That said, I am glad she made it back home!

If she had truly been abducted or if there were really a missing toddler, the police would've issued a new statement or held a press conference by now saying they were looking for a suspect. The police haven't said anything publicly since her return other than that they're investigating. Let's face it, if there were truly a kidnapper out there or a missing child, the police would be negligent not to inform the public. I'm glad Carlee returned home alive but her family is clearly embarrassed by what really happened and doesn't want to tell the truth. They're hoping the media will move on and they never have to explain what really happened.

This is one of the shadiest things ive ever seen. The parents interview made it even worse. If they were keeping quiet because of a mental health break that would make sense but the fact that they doubled down on her being abducted means they're either incredibly gullible and believe everything she says or they're in on something larger. If she was legitimately kidnapped the police would have absolutely come out and provided details, there's no way they would've just went dark and said nothing if it were a public safety risk. They either know without a shadow of a doubt who it is and have them under surveillance or they know for a fact its bs/a drug or mental health break.

FOUND, FOUND, my thoughts on this story is that she was not FOUND. She went home BUT WAS NOT FOUND.
She had a mental break down and walked into the words, per the video, by herself. Took a vacation that she must have really needed, and went home when it was over. She does NOT speak or represent other missing black women or missing individuals period. It does matter that she is home and safe, 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 but it also matters than many ppl poured into searching for her and money was put up for her.

I love how you all are addressing this. Bottom line is that she's home and alive! My nephew had a break down and went missing after leaving the hospital and that was some of the worst hours that me and my family ever went through! Thank God the police found him just walking down the road! So, much could have happened to him and this young lady!! My prayers are with her and her loved ones!

The police said today that she stopped to buy snacks before leaving her car and none of the snacks were left behind in the car when they searched it. It’s very strange. I’m happy she’s alive, and I don’t feel like we’re necessarily owed an explanation, but I hope it’s not some BS. Missing black girls and women are not given the attention they deserve. And IF this was fake, there are some who won’t be able to divorce her situation from all the other missing black girls and women. This could end up being a major disservice.

LE went out and tried to find her. She didn't "get home". She *CAME HOME*. All around tragic. Tragic so many black women go missing without so much attention. This wasn’t the first time in Ala this happened…. Just the previous year someone seen a child walking on the street and a female seen the child wandering the street and a female was taken. If you don’t know about human trafficking in our state of Alabama, please do not come to your own conclusions about how women in Alabama being taken for human trafficking. It is so many women that has been taken for human trafficking and right now there are still women that are being followed here in Alabama, especially here in Birmingham right now that are being followed and could be follow for the rest of their lives. These young women have to have someone with them at all times because these girls are afraid to be alone just to go to the gas station to the mall and anywhere else here in Birmingham. Human trafficking is a big issue here in Birmingham. Please do not come to your own conclusions about what’s going on if you don’t live here. Second human trafficking is real here. It is way too close to the border where people cannot be found anymore especially all young girls at the age of between 5 and 25. Our young girls here in Birmingham are in danger and here in Birmingham, we can’t even let our kids go outside to play to have a good time with their friends, especially their female friends when there are men stalking ,following and taking our little girls. if you remember about Cupcake in 2020 she was taken and she was killed and dumped in a Landfield. So when you come to your own conclusions and want to become angry at the victims that are being taken be grateful that she found a way out and she walked home. This girl has a story to tell whether you believe it or not this is real here in Birmingham especially when you’re close to the borders of Florida and Mexico… as for the chow walking on the side of the freeway, that chow was sent out as bait to capture a women and children, and also just for people just to get robbed, and their lives taken. We are living in the world where we see children on the side of the street and we can’t even help them here in Birmingham.

Hoover PD has now released a statement stating that she went o Target for snacks, which were not found in her car🤦🏽♀️ Also that there was no toddler reported or seen on the video. I’m sure there are more details to come…..

Gabby Petito was found because white people recognized the van, called police and alerted them to the van's location. If they hadn't "snitched", they'd still be looking for Gabby. Notice anything here? Most white people don't consider it snitching when they give info to police to find a person, arrest a murder suspect, robber or kidnapper.
