Half of this show is characters walking and thinking, the other half is solving a puzzle by simply twisting it
My favorite parts are the extremely long pauses in the dialogue and the main character walking menacingly around the set like she can’t remember her lines. Then there’s the brilliant light saber fight with the robot assassins that prove AI is a total bust. The dialogue is brilliantly written to lead the audience by the nose with probably the most obvious plot mechanics. It deserves an Emmy nomination for the most juvenile and poorly written script including ripping off Maverick. It’s an incredibly bright dumpster fire of hilarious badness.
He just never misses with these reviews. Great video, laughed my butt off.

I honestly felt like it was bad fan fiction, with pretty graphics.
lol nice sarcasm. I especially enjoyed the excitement during the fight choreography when someone spins and turns their back. I expect them to be run through, but unexpectedly the opponent waits for them to turn around before attacking. Very textbook hema and kendo techniques.
I really loved how they let the scenes breathe, BREATHE and breathe again. Even repeating a scene, a little later in case we slept through the first one. The action is much easier to follow than other Star Wars entries. One of my only complaints from the original Star Wars, was that Alec Guinness moved far too fast in his fight with Darth Vader, they slow down the light saber fights even more in this series. Brava!!!

This version of Ahsoka comes off condescending, arrogant, and staid. Even her parts in The Mandalorian exhibited better drama than these so far. Fingers crossed, though, as we're still early in the series.
I feel like I can actually hear the director speaking notes in each scene "now stare at the floor for about 90 seconds, don't look happy, now walk slowly over there... Slower!"
It hurts to see them try and tell the Heir to the Empire without Luke, Han and Leia. The fact that it's also terrible just highlights how wrong they were to try.

My favorite bit was when some scenes went on for so long they dissipated into nothing.
My other favorite bit was when Ahsoka double folded her arms where she folded again after already being in a folded position.
The actress looked like she was bored and extremely tired and had very little give. She kept smiling in the most serious of situations because it was the only thing she could do, poor woman has nothing to play though.

Notice how all the strong women characters nowadays do nothing to earn their positions or skills? Remember when Mulan almost died training in the imperial army but made it by sheer will and determination? Now she's just born with magic powers that make her the best. The narrative is that success should not come from hard work and sacrifice, and that's what Disney is teaching little girls. Can't see that going wrong...
When he said "she's got more balls than a Pokémon master" at around 3:05 I instantly got a 'pokemon sleep' ad 😂😂
My favorite part was when Ahsoka whipped out a BUD LIGHT, lifted up her robe, and showed her 3rd Tucked Tail... and then won a power lifting contest AND a beauty contest on the same day.

The first thing I thought when I saw the man with the red lightsaber (yes I can't remember his name while being a complete Star Wars nerd who knows everything about everything) was how he is never going to directly confront Ahsoka. It's an impossible situation; we can't have men beating women while a villain must act and feel like a villain and at no point in Ahsoka's journey may she be beaten by a man. So maybe that little blonde Sith thingy (I wanna fuck her so bad) could have skirmishes with Ahsoka but we cannot have her beat Ahsoka either since she ain't the master.
I think there should have been no male character in the show at all. Maybe there could be a retcon about how the emperor, Vader, and Luke were identifying as women, and their pronouns were she/her but the galaxy wasn't ready for that.
When Ashoka lifted her fidget spinner and fidget spinned it, it was one of the moments of all time.
The purple hair is strong in this one.

This show conveys so much information and emotion by showing the characters crossing their arms. What an emotional roller coaster with so many things to think about.
The crossing arms thing was HUGE in the 2000's. You could get you own TV show if you pitched it to a network and crossed your arms.
The silver lining to bad films is entertaining film criticism. Thank you for the delightfully sarcastic lemonade that you are making from the distasteful lemons produced by Hollywood these days!
