@@fightinggamemovelists You are referring to his Mu Shiki. He technically still has it; it's just apart of his Hidden Desperation Move now. When he grabs you and explodes the opponent the combo he does after is a modified version of that Super.

'98UM has EX Kyo (plays like '94 and '95 Kyo, hold select to get EX Kyo) which has projectiles, if that helps. Though honestly, his different moveset is what makes me like playing Kyo. His moveset is not generic or predictable, one has to learn to play him, they cannot just rely on instinct, but on skill. No offense.

@@KhalilSplash You can try to do the directional movements while you are in the air, and when you fall to the ground, you press the attack buttons.
