Have you considered using a water soluble stabilizer as a topper while embroidering? It helps to prevent the stitches from sinking in when embroidering on thicker fabrics like fleece and terrycloth.

Salamander because there’s often lore of salamanders and fire because they would squirm out of rocks around fires because hot. So there’s a lot of stories about salamanders being born from fire.

Not gonna lie, as a sewist with 24 years experience, I'm dying a bit inside that there appears to be no stabilizer used in any of these embroidery applications 😬 using a stabilizer will make the stitching look less sloppy. as is, the tension on the type of fabrics you're using is working against the stitches. the stitches are pulling apart rather than laying flat. the lettering on the milk carton looked so messy because there was no backing stabilizer for fabric support AND no top water soluble stabilizer to prevent the terry towel texture from interfering with stitch positioning. PLEASE USE STABILIZER! Let your fans who know how to do these things help/teach you! We love you and want to see you succeed.
P.S. You could also contract your fans who run small sewing and embroidery businesses to make your merch.

you should put wash away stabilizer on top while you stitch it out. it will make your designs a lot more crisper and better looking over all

When you embroider on towels you need stabilizer on top and bottom of the towel. It keeps the stitches from getting lost in the plush of the towel. It also helps with fleece

If you're embroidering on sweatshirt fleece or any other kind of knit fabric definitely use water soluble topper. It will massively increase the visibility of your designs.
