This is quite interesting. You changed my perspective or way of thinking since when I check opportunities on Indeed or LinkedIn, the pay is usually above $50,000 per year for roles that are not even senior.
Software Engineers salaries in Serbia are not far away from salaries in Sweden.
But In Serbia Software Engineers are counted among the rich.
Hi, I am currently in the third year of my apprenticeship as an IT specialist in the field of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations in a leading German company. In the first year I earned 950€ in the 2nd 1000€ & in the third earn 1050€.
This is a high salary for an apprenticeship in Germany.
My exp: for the dev who has exp in C++ and move to Sweden from another place, normally you will get from 41000 to 48000 Kr base on you YOE ( 6 years to 10 years). So your example is amazing, this is dream salary for a lot of people here including dev. I am living at Gotenburg.
