Tried it on the PTR, feels like combo point overload as rogue tank using main gauche, unfair advantage, and the head combo point rune. Good/bad thing, not sure - still struggle with threat a bit.

Deadly Brew should be baseline.
I’ll be rogue tanking in P4 so I have no issues here and I understand them trying different things to give more options for us besides mutilate. As far as giving rogues other toolkits like self healing, etc. it’s season of discovery where nothing feels like classic other than the world around you.
Wish they would either make mutilate work with swords or give SS 2 pts per attack. Nothing is really making me not want to still use deadly brew/mutilate as dps.

tested rupture heal on PTR, does almost nothing. Just give us recuperate at this point.
Every Tank should be Viable and comparable in Single target AOE and Sustain , Or you A get screwed if you don't have a certain tank or B never get groups for certain things as a XXX Tank.

The AOE is only mostly used for tanking, tank rogues couldn't hold many mob pulls. The bleed heal will help vs classes that dot and hot themselves.
So rogues can possibly aoe farm mobs like mages now? sickkkk😊
I did some testing and it wasn't great. The carnage healing wasn't enough to do sizeable pulls
Wait, so you could theoretically pull all the trash onto a boss, pop evasion, solo the boss via dodging and vanish?
Remember unfair advantage has a 1 second cd. Sadly it's not every dodge/parry does damage
FoK change forces rogues right back into Deadly Brew.
You now do much less significant aoe dmg/threat as backstab or tank spec.
so if rogues can do it all, then boomies can top dps to? :D

You should have thrown during ur fan testing. now i think they still arnt buff enough for me to be interested in playing sod. rogues still way too weak
Mans tryna downplay that carnage buff so they don’t nerf it 😅5 mobs with rupture is like a decent sized HoT basically also makes sub a bit spicier because bleed damage increase plus Druid bleed debuff
