Thanks for your video. Just a heads up if you take your vitamins and then drink coffee afterwards the coffee pushes the vitamin through your system at a quicker rates which means you may not absorb most of them especially water soluble ones.
What helped me with drinking water is always have a 600ml reusable bottle of water on my desk, so i don't forget to drink it. I usually drink 2 bottles during the work day.
I bought a fake collar too! I got so many compliments wearing it. I agree with discovering new brands. How does you go about finding new brands? I’m in an area of the US doesn’t have so many great brands like London has.

It is usually pretty random, I get attracted to a style e.g ruffle shirts then go down a rabbit hole…
