Welcome to Italy my friends! Heaaaaaps of vlogs coming your way in the near future from this amazing country! Enjoy =)
you're right..thats an amazing hostel... i love the kitchen and of course the 24hrs bar... great edit... cool how you capture the details in the cathedral
Thanks a lot King! Much appreciated 😁
Milan is defiantly a bucket list item, i love your blogs man!
Thanks man! It is a really interesting city that a lot of people overlook when they go to Italy
I agree. Some of the best pictures I've got of some places are when I head there early in the morning with just no-one there, even in touristy places.
Rooftop patio is awesome. Reminds me of the backyard in the hostel I stayed in Pisa & Florence.
Totally! When you are in a place like Italy it is really the only way to see somewhere without being surrounded by other people
I'm from New Zealand and also appreciating history in other countries. That food!! It looks so warm *sigh*. Amazing inside the church and like how you show it.
Thanks! It was so hot. Was always sweating when walking around with all my gear haha 😋
Milan is such a cool city...like you, I also love the architecture. That cathedral was just so impressive, just beautiful.
It was one of the most impressive buildings from our whole trip!! So much WOW factor compared to our tiny churches in NZ 🙂
I've never been to Milan but I lived in Prague and the architecture is very similar! I'd love to visit that 24 hour bar! Thanks for the hostel recommendation, it looked like a cool place. Crazy how different that square is with so many people. Beautiful cathedral, you really should swing by Prague if you like cathedrals. Great video, thanks for sharing :)
I have heard that they are similar in that respect! I may be spending some time in eastern Germany next year so Prague is on the top of my places to visit list 😄
wow thanks so much for this,i was debating whether to stay in hotel..but i want to meet people but i dont want a crappy place. so this hostel looks good tbh
Oh I almost visited Milan a few years ago. I’m so pissed I missed out. That hostel look freaking dope. The interior. 👌🏼
Hey Kate! Were you traveling Italy? It seems a lot of people skip Milan for some reason, or only spend one day there! It was a dope spot!! 😁
I like your camera work!
+Travis Chatham thanks Travis! =)
Yes, getting up early is the best chance to get photos without hoards of people. I love visiting historic places. I've never stayed at a hostel, but I like the roof top patio with all the hammocks and the 24 bar!!
Yeah! We got up at 5am most days to beat everyone to the best spots and it was totally worth it
Ahh Italy! Dreamy place
Is it ever!!
Dude this vlog is amazing! Thanks for this! I'm thinking of staying at the Ostello Bello Grande while I'm in Milan and I had a question; I've heard bad things about the safety of the area around the Milan central train station, and since I'm a female solo traveler I want to be more cautious. Did you find that the area was kind of sketchy when you stayed there or was it okay?
Glad you liked it! For me personally I didnt find it sketchy at all. And I was out late at night and up early in the morning. If you're going out at night I would say definitely go with some people from the hostel but I had no issues =)
Nice ad
I was here for xmas a couple years ago and it was so lovely there, and the Duomo is so lovely especially the inside of it is amazing and the train system round the city is very easy to use, especially when my girlfriend speaks it for me haha!
It is a beautiful city that a lot of people overlook when going to Italy! Thanks for watching 😄
I love your vlog! What camera do you use?
Thanks! The italy trip was with the Panasonic G85, now I use the GH5.
looks like a very affordable and nice hostel!
+World Wide Wong thanks for the comment man! It was an awesome spot =)
Gotta get that Boosted Board buddy, no more train!!!! Oh man I would love to film some stuff with you.
Haha you're right! That has to be the best way to travel around a city
Maya went in Milano in 2011 and she found the cheapest figues ever in the back alley hahaha that white church is very impressive!
Haha! The things you can find in the alleys!! Always an adventure 😀
ok that zoom trick in 3:54 is awesome bruh
Thanks mate
Hi! What time did you get to the Cathedral, I have a photoshoot and want less people
Thank you for promoting Tonga
+Vili Tu'akalau you are welcome! It is one of my favorite places =)
I have stayed in hostel during my trip to Barcelona and loved the experience. I stayed at TOC Hostel in Catalonia - right in the heart of the city. The place was really cool and I would love to visit once again.
Nice! I love staying in hostels. Its such a good way to meet other travelers 🙂
Now in 2023 it’s super expensive 😒
Which is the price for one night in this hostel ?
I think its about 30 euro but you will have to double check on the website
Damn bro, you’re so beautiful!
