Film used in this music video edit: Inside Björk: An official DVD released by Björk on August 23, 2003. The DVD contains a 2002 documentary outlining the career of Björk, from her early work in Icelandic bands, to joining The Sugarcubes to her solo work up to 2002. The documentary gives viewers a personal view into her private thoughts, views and motivations. Inside Björk also features interviews with Sean Penn, Lars von Trier, Thom Yorke, Beck, RZA, Elton John, Missy Elliott, the late Alexander McQueen and more on their thoughts of Björk and her impact on music and culture. The documentary coincided with the release of the Greatest Hits album and had previously been seen on some television networks at the end of 2002. It was commissioned by One Little Indian to make up for the fact that Björk was beginning to do fewer interviews than had been previous. Two small new live performances are included in the documentary, "Generous Palmstroke" performed with Zeena Parkins and an organ version of "The Anchor Song" played in an Icelandic church. Oh yeah that one is so stunning, haven't seen it in years - thank you for reminding me,. Another favourite of mine is her performance of "Hjá lygnri móðu", all the songs she did on Átta Radir together with Jónas Sen are amazing. Also her performance of Oceania at the Olympics is so beautiful, that's how I discovered her music.

Are there any other videos of her playing a musical instrument? I find it so fascinating, simply watching her because it's so rare. Not to mention what's better than watching a musical genius playing their own composition.
As far as I know this is the only video of her playing an instrument besides the lap harp in the video for the song 'Moon.'

Have you seen the CZcams video 'Bjork & PJ Harvey perform 'I Can't Get No Satisfaction' | BRIT Awards 1994' ? In this video Bjork plays what looks to be a small electronic organ/synth.

Yes, at the age of At six Björk was enrolled at Reykjavík music school Barnamúsíkskóli, where she studied classical piano and flute. Bjork composes and knows how to play piano, keyboards, flute, harp, clarinet, harmonica. Also, 'Batabid' is an instrumental song she composed.
She has composed the majority of her music herself.

This vid was recorded in 2002, during the Greatest Hits era. She wrote The Anchor Song in that location in 1990, though.
