- Delhi Police is learnt to have questioned members of the security team stationed at chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence as part of its investigation into the alleged assault on AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, sources said on Sunday. The officers confiscated additional CCTV footage and DVRs from CM’s residence on Sunday to determine the sequence of events and identify individuals present at the time of the incident.

Police should have taken the CCTV Footage OR sent a written official warning to Kachrawala NOT to tamper with it the moment they heard of the attack on Swati Maliwal.
camera par yeh kahte suna gaya ki sir thodi der me aa rahe hai..phir without appoint kaise bola ja rsha hai
1. At least Vibhav and Swati must know the reason for the bashing up. No one pounces on someone without reason. Why is this not being revealed? Even by Swati?
2. The phone reformatting could have been done in Delhi, Lucknow or Amritsar. Why go all the way to Mumbai for it? Arranged by a special accomplice? Who?
3. For AAP to deny the bashing up even after the AIMS report is stupid.
4. From Kejri being in the room and instructing Vibhav to bash her up to simply being in the house is a big discrepancy. Both the initial statement to the Police and the 164 statement will be discredited by someone like Singhvi. Swati must reconcile SOON otherwise her case will be seriously weakened.
5. Was Vibhav paid salary by Delhi Government after his dismissal in Apr? If so, that's another charge of contempt and financial misappropriation on Kejri!
