Today, September 1, 2020, marks the opening day of Metro Sation in Qatar since it was closed to the public for almost five months due to pandemic coronavirus (Covid-19).
Service resumes from Tuesday at 30% of capacity
* Any person who fails to comply with safety measures will not be permitted on network or asked to leave
* Elevator capacity will be limited to four persons only
* Unaccompanied children under 12 not allowed now
Operation Hours:
Saturday - Wednesday: 06:00 to 23:00
Thursday: 06:00 to 23:59
Friday: 14:00 to 23:59

Facemask
Social Distancing
What has been added to avoid the Virus covid19:
Sanitizers in each Card Machine
Mandatory used of Re-usable Cards
Debit Card has been added as a mode of payment

Was it only the red line that was open or all the lines are open?
All lines are open Mr. Nasser. Gold, Red and Green Station. Also the Red line was completed all its stations by adding the last station Legtaifiya which opened yesterday.
Did it feel weird because do many things were different?
Ahhmmm yes, felt weird at first but as I go along, I gradually embrace those changes . I have to be mindful with my surroundings if the place will be too crowded for some instance. But this is the new normal I guess and I know we are resilient and adaptable when it comes to dealing with these changes ❤️👍😉

Download mo Sir yung Qatar Rail app, black yung logo non sa app store/playstore, then follow mo lang steps, and machecheck mo na rin don yung balance at pwede ka na rin magreload kung may debit/credit card ka.
