solid review!!!
Yet another great review , i've got 2 pairs of 16 oz Winning & one pair of Winning in 14 oz & i love them , i have never found them to be like pillows ! maybe Winning gloves from say ten years ago were but not now . I'm really interested to check out the Fly gloves , i guess they are more of a sparring glove , i might try the Fly X range first . Thanks again & keep the content coming , it's great , you know your stuff .
appreciate it. it's expensive doing this channel 😆 but I love boxing equipment.
THank you so much for this review! Was torn between the two so i ended up buying the fly for now and still will get a winning pair in future
You really can't make a bad decision here so do not worry
Awesome review thank you.
Thank you for the support. I have been subscribed to and watching your channel for a few years now
I got my flys 12 oz superlace customs they feel amazing and everything is great its my left thumb sometimes it hurts will throwing left hooks.
Yes they are an amazing pair of gloves to own
Great Video! I am looking to get myself a pair of Winnings soon. Back in the 1990's all I used was Adidas and Windy. Great Gloves. I got my Cleto Reyes from Amazon and I see they sell Winnings on amazon as well. A little pricey but that's okay. I really want them.
be weary ordering from them on Amazon. you would be better off ordering from Winning USA or a reputable business like Bob's Fight Shop or Superare. Amazon sells a lot of counterfeit gloves
@@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667 Yeah dude. They have a pair of Grant gloves up for 100 Dollars on Amazon.. that's a big red flag right there. I'd rather pay more and get the real deal directly from Grant.
@@theloudestgun exactly, Winning and Grant are never on sale. If they are not $400 red flag
that fly colorway is so clean! i have around 12 pairs of gloves and the superlace is still my fave. have you tried the hayabusa T3 kanpeki's? not expecting a lot from them but have some coming in after seeing them in the the new pink leather. wondering if they'll be solid, never used hayabusa gloves before
No I have not tried Hayabusa's gloves out yet. Their Shin Guards are my favorite though
Awesome review I recently bought my son his first pair of winning gloves and I was wondering if they were legit because the punching surface leather was so much thinner than the palm side but I guess they are legit thank you for the review
Your son is extremely lucky to have a loving father like you. Winning is so expensive
@@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667 thank you and yes they are really expensive
I have 2 pairs of flys premiums (10 & 14oz) and 2 winnings (14 & 16 oz) and I have to say your comparison is spot on. This is one of the best and most accurate comparisons I have seen! Even after using both brands I find myself gravitating towards for the flys for their premium quality and luxurious feel. However I have reason to believe fly have changed their padding, as on my 10oz pair the padding is very soft and pillowy as you describe. However on my 14oz pair the padding is much more stiff and rigid (even after reasonable amount of use). Would you know why this is? or do you have another pair of fly's you could compare too? Once again thanks for the great vid :)
I got mine last September and they are soft. But I have heard similar anecdotal stories about this.
I've noticed constantly changing manufacturers for some odd reason. Rival switched manufacturers for their bag gloves with the d3o paddings and the new ones were so small it felt like it was made for children.
Great video
Thanks and while I see your opinion on Winning betting a better sparring glove, it is one of the best out there. But for me I prefer my opponent is wearing the Fly Superlace. It just feels more comfortable to get hit with in my opinion
Fly is a great glove to sparr with, but I just like the more protective yet soft feel of winning gloves, 👊🏼
I wanted some winnings, but I just hate paying all that money to wait months to get then. Wish more sites had them in stock.
I know, I have a brand new pair I haven't used. I use my custom pair instead. But they are extremely expensive. I wouldn't sell them for less than 500
@@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667 the customs are just different colors right?
I notice the going rate is around 500. Once you start talking 420, whats another $80. At least they seem to hold value
@@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667what color is the glove? 14 oz?
Hey bro which one do you think I should get? For all around training bag work sparring and pads
That's a coin toss for sure Bro. You can't go wrong either or. The Fly is a Little Better for Sparring and Winning is a little bit better for bag and pads. You'll probably be doing more bag and pads and Winning is better on bag and pads.
As all around training gloves I would give Fly a slight edge because the Leather is better giving it the nod in durability.
Winning will last forever as well, but Fly will last even longer.
@@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667 thank you for the advice bro just copped some black winning gloves 🙏🏼 downside is they will come in 2 months back order appreciate the videos keep going
@@MikeCuba great choice you will love them
how long ago did you buy the fly gloves? they change their glove a lot
Last summer. I heard about this with fly as well. But what I come to find out the problem with the gloves seeming different is that amount of leather they use and how it compresses the padding
@@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667 okay and i did watch the vids but i’m bout to get the fly superlaces and 2 people i seen said they were way too big but i thought they were compact. are they an average size glove?
I know winnings are a lot better than the SuperLace X, but do u mind doing Winning Vs SuperLace X? Just a fun video I would be interested in seen that you have winnings and SuperLace X’s.
Thanks wingo
Oh yeah, I thought I did that video but I guess I haven't yet. I'll do it for the next video
@@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667 appreciate it
Winning and fly are sparring gloves 100% only if you want destory them on the heavy bag, heavy bag kill gloves they are gloves call them bag gloves they are made to hit the heavybag rival have some nice heavy bag gloves other company the padding is really hard made to last on the heavy bag
they will wear down faster with rounds on the heavybag and mitts of course. But if you do use them as an all around training glove they are still gonna last 3 to 5 years. But they are expensive and keeping them as your sparring glove only makes sense for the reasons you mentioned as well
Thanks
How much did fly pay you for this review? 👀 this boi and his fly gloves, talking bout “better then winning”….I have both, winning is still the best sparring glove in the market lol
Nothing, I wish I made money doing this
I know I was just playing about that part, everybody has different taste, my bad, I’m actually thinking about starting my own channel and reviewing gloves, and thank you for the video bro,
Do you know anywhere I can buy 16 oz winning
Winning USA will have them, at times I have been able to buy them from Superare Fight Shop and Bob's Fight Shop.
They do run a little more than 400 USD these days.
