Supreme Court Decision On Kejriwal Live: केजरीवाल 'जमानत' पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट सुना रहा महा-फैसला LIVE

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में थोड़ी देर में सुनवाई होगी। दिल्ली में शराब नीति घोटाले से उपजे मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। उन्होंने अपनी गिरफ्तारी को असंवैधानिक बताया है। न्यायमूर्ति संजीव खन्ना और दीपांकर दत्ता की बेंच इस मामले में सुनवाई कर सकती है। केजरीवाल पहले ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कह चुके हैं कि स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव हर लोकतंत्र में जरूरी हैं। ऐसे में लोकसभा चुनाव के समय उनकी गिरफ्तारी लोकतंत्र पर हमला है।
The petition against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be heard in the Supreme Court shortly. Kejriwal has been arrested in a money laundering case arising out of the liquor policy scam in Delhi. He has called his arrest unconstitutional. The bench of Justices Sanjeev Khanna and Dipankar Dutta can hear this case.
