You can use it What you see is all I know. That intersection in Morgantown, WV causes angst because people have to turn left in the left lane, but most want to go straight in the right lane. So everyone tries to keep people from moving in from the left. I think the guy who started this didn't want to get anyone in front of the guy in front of him.

And is there any update? What happened after the accident?
They pulled into the gas station. There isn't any decent footage of them after this but maybe I should have added a screenshot from them off to the side. You can't see them pull in due to traffic turning onto that road. The driver with the camera is in university and had to get to class, so there wasn't any waiting around. I took the video to the sheriff's deputy who responded to the accident and he said go ahead and post it if I wanted.
