In this video, I share my experience of the MNS medical test. I will walk you through the different stages of the test, from the initial screening to the final review. I will also provide tips on how to prepare for the test and what to expect.
The MNS medical test is a comprehensive assessment of your physical and mental health. It is designed to ensure that you are fit to serve in the Indian Armed Forces as a Military Nursing Officer.
The test is divided into three phases:
Phase 1: Initial screening
Phase 2: Detailed medical examination
Phase 3: Final review
The initial screening is conducted by a doctor and includes a physical examination, height and weight measurements, and a blood pressure test.
The detailed medical examination is conducted by a team of doctors and includes a more extensive physical examination, as well as tests for vision, hearing, and dental health.
The final review is conducted by a medical board, which will make a decision on your fitness to serve.
If you are successful in the MNS medical test, you will be one step closer to becoming a Military Nursing Officer.

Yes you can have fruits in your breakfast or fresh juice don't eat heavy breakfast because ultrasound is done on 1st day
