The town that Cry Baby is going to explain though her own eyes is going to be a fantasy. It's not real due to Cry Baby going insane in Mad Hatter. Let's say Cry Baby was locked up in a mental hospital or something, and while she's there, she makes up her own little world to keep her company.

Melanie says that the video is finished being edited and just needs to be checked for a few more things. She says it'll drop in a couple weeks! I also partly think it's taken this long because in the process of making the video she got certified of being a Vevo artist.
