1:03:14 I am unable to understand why we took 480,000 as GAV.
Because it is DLOP na, toh agar pure saal ka rent bhi consider krenge toh AR+VR 6Lakh aayega. Then why we are taking GAV= ER?

Listen ismai dlop ka concept nahi ayga kyuki dlop wala agar 2 se jyada ghar hain tho 3rd house will be dlop ok ab iss wale question mai tenant tha aur fir self occupied kar diya tho ismai gav =480k ayga jo ki hain expected rent aur jo aap ne kiya ki ar+vr=600k vo dlop ayga par iss question self occupied hain vacancy nahi hain ok

Income agr koi resident ya ordinary resident kmayega to wo taxable hoga wheather recieved or not in India where as a person earn income which is non resident or resident but not ordinary resident h to taxable hogi only when recieved in india

Then here 50% property is lop so we will consider whole municipal value and fair rent, i didn't understand why we multiplied it to 9 by 12
I mean why have we considered month wise calculation here related to municipal value and fair rent
