Assuming you didn't die from "friendly" fire, Jake is actually innocent of murder. He's just making sure you don't come back as a zombie.
He's hiding the body in the mud
He'd be charged with improper handling of a corpse, unintentional solicitation of murder, and - assuming the laws in this land are adjusted to account for resurrections being a common thing - prevention of resurrection, which would basically be murder.
You have to have a medical degree to do that too
Technically it's just disrespecting the dead to destroy their skull

It's not a tradition, but it is something kids do as a prank, it is called kancho if you actually want to look it up..

This is just outstanding - love the accents. I love how Jake reverts into a 12 year old struggling to say "I love you", probably the quietest he has ever been! Keep up the good content guys, it makes my week seeing this every Thursday.

with the whole level changing thing at 8:56 everyone did it at one point. if you go through it frame by frame first jake does it, then gabby, then jake again, then ellis, then cath, then cath again, then jake again and finally ellis again.
so in total the amount that everyone does it is, jake:3 gabby:1 ellis:2 cath:2

I would've chosen the same as Jake as my first starter. Until Sword, I always would pick the fire type starter but I just had to pick Sobble with Sword, it was just too cute!
