Prices are definitely much higher in CA (especially San Diego). That’s why there are so many stories of those “rich Californians” that come into other cities in other states and pay cash for big fancy houses. It’s not because we are rich… rather because our normal sized houses here allow us to move into much nicer homes elsewhere for a fraction of the cost :)

One million wow I understand is California somewhere else in the USA can be half of the price but is it what is I guess
