You complimenting your kids at the end made me smile-cry. Not only is it true, but its so incredibly uplifitng to hear that from a parent. Something I (and I'm sure a lot of people from my generation) missed growing up; I was almost always the subject of little "adjustments" to hide an "unflattering" feature, or on the receiving end of a "you're not going out in *that*, are you?" Your videos have helped me overcome much of my style anxiety, and now I know why. So, thank you!

Every time we see a bit more of Casa Rockmore I'm just like: decorating goals. Whatever was happening with that ceiling was really cool. Also love all the little rationalizations for how you put an outfit together. This morning I wore the midi boutique-y wants-to-be-issy-miyake-but-isn't a-line jumper/tent dress that I bought because it whispered "Carla" to me. i had to try like five different shirts but we got there in the end. I was too tired for accessories/jewelry after that. It will have to wait for the next time I wear it...
