THANK YOU SO MUCH. All of these audacity videos really helped me out with my "radio" classes.
I appreciate your work brother. Thank you.
Great video's. Is it possible to make it auto adjust a vocal track over a music track so that the vocals come to the front and the music lowers when there is speech?
Awesome tip! Thanks

Cool trick.
That was helpful and efficient, thank you!!!

Mike, it would be great if you could offer a voice-over editing course specifically for Audacity.
In all these YEARS of using Audacity I didn't realize the Time Shift button was there and what it did! I kept using Split Cut! I thought the inability to move pieces around was Audacity's weak point. DUH! This was 1:33 well spent!
Same with me
This brilliant Mike thank you

You're welcome! I'm glad you found the tutorial helpful! ❤️
I would like to learn how to make my audio sound just like the radio dj whether I’m doing a podcast or streaming live. I like how people sound in radio stations. I currently have the ElectroVoice RE20 and the RodeCaster Pro.
You want to be adding a lot of compression to your audio to get the rado effect but be warned, while this gets added in radio processing it's not the correct way to process audio for podcasts or voiceover or audio that anyone else is going to be using to produce somethnig from.
Have you pulled this off in Audition?
Wow! Mind blown.
🙏
Mike Russel for President!!!!!!
