Guyanese Hassa / Cascadura / kwiekwie Curry

6 Medium Hassa
1/2 Onion Chopped
5 Stems cilantro
2 Small tomato
1/2 Cup Saijan
1 Tbs sour tamarind or 1/2 green mango
2 Wiri Wiri pepper
1 Tbs green seasoning
1 1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup coconut milk
2 Tbs Garam Masala
2 1/2 Tbs curry powder
1 Tsp turmeric
2 1/2 Cups water plus 1/3 cup to mix Masala
2 scallion chopped
