what you said is only half true indeed safe driving is the first thing you should do once you start to drive a car, if you drive safely still you may get hit. Things are not in your control always, you should always prioritize safety.

Thank you. I don't doubt your sincerity. This discussion is needed. Just one point though bout the Alto. I m sure the new Alto has been redesigned and mde thinner etc. I had an old Alto- the newly introduced ones from 2002-3. It saved my life during a horrific crash. It was side-swiped by a monster dump truck running at 70 kmph in the side lane. The entire car was damaged, crumpled in the sides and front as the truck dragged the car through number of 6 feet high, 7 feet wide concrete barriers kept near the approach to a flyover being modernised. I remember staring at the headlight of the truck from the driver's seat and thinking "This is the way it ends". Luckily came out without scratch thanks to God.
Sir🙏🙏, I am happy to know that God saved you alive in such a terrible accident, but not everyone's luck is so good, that's why it is very important that people pay attention to the good build quality of the vehicle along with road safety. 🙏🙏🙏

Even my self 2019model alto saved my life
My 2003 Maruti Zen gets a horrible accident occurred at highway. A fast Volkswagen sedan (i think Jetta) hit at 100-120 speed in driver side and luckily I survived but car gets damaged its excel gets broken. I was surprised that such a small car saved me and my father without any airbag. Old maruti cars are real 💎.
To talk about safety, I escaped a major accident where my car (alto 800-2014 model) flipped at 90 and hit a concrete structure. Still, not even a single scratch on me or the driver, however the car took entire beating where apron was damaged, most of the engine was replaced, axle, windshield, front car windows, repainting of entire car, etc etc. I was the front passenger in the car with my stupid friend driving it.
Both of us didn't suffer a single scratch, I got seat belt injury which is quite common in such a high impact accident.
The other accident was on NH 4 where an old truck with non functioning break lights or indicators and a 70s model suddenly changed lane! I was driving at 80 and pressed the breaks so that the impact would be less. The same car went under the truck! Not a single scratch on me or the lady passenger next to me.
Maybe these are miracles and I escaped death for a good reason, however the recently introduced 3RD GENERATION MARUTI CARS ARE TOTAL BS. THEY ARE DEATH MACHINES FOR SURE. STILL, DO WE HAVE BETTER OPTIONS? THAT'S THE REAL QUESTION.

I have Renault kwid car top end model and it's very good body is very strong and I am very happy with that
I have a few cars. But i have kept my santro xing 2005 model still. Infact last month i drove solo from Mumbai to lahul,koksar,kasol and jibhi. Mumbai jaipur when going 22.5 hours one go, ajmer mumbai when return 19.45 hrs.
I trusted this car because it had the strongest monocoque frame of that time and second to only tata of this time in this segment.
Not one issue in 4508kms on brutal off roads and steep hills like Aut to Jibhi.
Last year i did mumbai to kargil army base solo via manali when going and on return via kashmir in safari. Lekin ye saal thoda hatke karna tha. Some pics and shorts on this channel.
Next car maybe altroz dca or i turbo.

@@dizzkl8114 nonsense...Cyrus Mistry was in a Mercedes...he lost his life just because he was foolish not to wear seat belts...the front passengers were safe... reckless driving can kill no matter what car it is and driven carefully, a cheap car will prove to be safe...one should be driving in a tank if they think cars are not safe while driving recklessly or overspeeding...even if the car is not very strongly built, it's the driver's responsibility to drive it safely - the car doesn't drive by itself....no driver wants to take the blame...and this rule applies to every machineries as well....

Below is my opinion on why still people are buying these unsafe cars.
The cheapest safe car with a 4-star rating is Tiago which costs Rs. 5.45 lacs ex-showroom Delhi. Alto K10 starts at Rs. 3.99 lacs being 1.46 lacs cheaper, Kwid starts at Rs. 4.64 lacs being Rs 81000 cheaper, S-Presso starts at 4.25 lacs being Rs. 1.2 lacs cheaper than Tiago. This difference is significant for a person who currently owns no car and has only a bike to carry his family members. Imagine such a person has to attend a certain function with his family (even total there are 3 members) then on any given day these cars are safer than bikes. Hence people buy these although your videos are helpful in making us aware that safety needs to be considered as an important buying decision. However, people who can afford cars above Rs. 6 lacs should take your advice in buying cars that have high safety ratings.

श्रीमान जब बात गाड़ी की सेफ्टी फीचर्स की आती है तो - मैं यही कहना चाहता हूं कि कोई भी गाड़ी ओवर स्पीड में सुरक्षित नहीं रख सकती , हां मैं मानता हूं कि सुजुकी मोटर की गाड़ियों में सिर्फ इंजन को छोड़कर ना बाडी मजबूत होती है और ना ही चेसिस लोहे की बनी होती है, होता है तो सिर्फ टीन निर्मित कार, जबकि पहले की गाड़ियां जैसे एंबेस्टर, महिंद्रा जीप में भी लोहे से बनी चेसिस होती थी तथा सॉलिड बाडी होती थी। आज आप लगभग किसी भी गाड़ी की छत पर कोई सामान नहीं रख सकते हैं।

Govt should change taxation structure and stop taxing automakers based on engine cc. This one reason is enough for us to not get best performing engines in India. Safety must be encouraged through legislation but without increasing manufacturing costs by lowering taxes.

You are absolutely right, क्योंकी अभी हमारे देश मे कार्स की सेफ्टी पर उतना अवेयरनेस नही डेव्हलप हुआ है। इसलिए लोगोंकी समझ मे येबात जल्दी आती नही । किंतु एक अच्छा व्हिडिओ बनाने हेतु बहुत धन्यवाद! मेरे पास टिगोर सीएन जी है, जीसकी बिल्ड क्वालीटी लाजवाब है।ग्लोबल एन कॅप मे 4 स्टार की रेटिंग है।

Sir even zero rating car and -ve rating car also people at India mostly buy based on mileage. People think out 10 years never got any accident why it will happen now. If it happen also its good only, population is high, few people at least will reduce. Not only car, you see road design also, no one will talk how dangerous ? you can easily see any big city you take in India.
High way mostly improving in road construction, but few places construction never end.
People are so smart that never follow traffic rules, why to follow rules ? Unless police members not present people will not wear helmet while driving bikes, scoter etc.
So overall awareness is required for safety.

I drive Ford ecosport and I must say, it is a tank. I had an accident with bullet 500. I just got a scratch on my car which I could easily remove with rubbing compound and bullet was thrown meters away. It's kerb weight is 1400 kg inspite of being sub 4 meter car mad of hard steel.
