Appreciate ya buddy. I played on 2b years ago, around 2013, and didn't stick around long after escaping the spawn area. I still like to keep an eye on the history of the server. It's pretty fascinating.

Dude I hope u kept putting out videos I like it a lot. With the details and animation that's makes the story's more in depth
I'd also like to add just how vital that spawn teleport module ended up being.
That one module alone changed the server's history, yeah, x0XP had it first, but once it went public, it allowed the entire group of Valkyria control over spawn which eventually led to the events of this video: czcams.com/video/dcMR45CnqCU/video.html
Little more context, I think it went public after I told Tristan/pyro in public chat about teleporting to the square root of imaginary numbers.
Basically you teleported to Math.sqrt(-1) and for some reason the server would put you at what it considered to be the set spawn location. I don’t actually know why this worked though.
@@xZeRoXP probably the same or a similar reason as to why you default to that location when you respawn without a bed or joined for the first time back then..
It's just the default location Minecraft uses for certain things.

I joined 2b2t a few weeks after it started and I have always tracked the history of the server for a very long time and I always find it fascinating how the server grew to what it is today. Unfortunately I joined on 2b2t the other day and I was dead at my base which was underground at spawn but now it looks nothing was ever there. Just a exploded out area that stretches for miles to bedrock lol.
It's crazy how interesting events that took place in a digital wasteland landscape really are. I've heard someone say it before but 2b2t's map literally is an art piece with a piece of history behind every block.

i used Phobos at one point before that, and quit using it RIGHT as the shit happened. i also fell for ratted client cracks too
I know this is supposed to be 2B2T where anything goes but NHack, Phobo and Redstoner actions in December 2021 are pushing it too far for my liking

I moved on to 6b6t. Way less crowded, ping is sometimes ass but well, the community is big enough to make the gameplay interesting. No ques, active dupes take longer to get patched which results in a more stable economy, I really like that server. 555 is actively pulling in people with starter kits and promises to give you kits if you bring other people with you.

Never heard of it. Impact, Future, Kami Blue, and Rusherhack are all good on 2b2t. There are more clients out there though

Better to not check the code prior to downloading it and instead download the code and compile it yourself; release artifacts don’t need to originate from the source.
