In this talk, Bree Bogucki shares insight into her life with autism and how she refuses to let these struggles to define her. A Special Olympics athlete and Global Messenger, Bogucki has overcome the odds! Bree Bogucki was diagnosed with a speech and processing delay, sensory integration disorder and Autism all by age five. Despite these early diagnoses, Bree has overcome every challenge put in her way and is thriving academically and athletically. A Global Messenger for Special Olympics, student athlete and scholarship recipient, Bree hopes to continue advocating for those with disabilities and mental health challenges such as OCD and anxiety.     I am truly inspired by your story. I
    am a parent of 5 year old girl having similar kind of challenges like you have overcome. After watching this video, I get to find some hope to reshape the feature of my daughter.

    I see little pieces of you peeking through in how you described holding the bottle with your feet, with your "Why not?" of joining gymnastics, and in describing how you DO NOT RUN 😂. Your special interest has grown immensely beyond what a 'normal' person would expect. Thank you for having the courage to speak-- I resonate with a lot of your experiences and I'm so glad you're sharing them.

    Damn it. I was with her until she said special Olympics. Thought she was going to say she became a normal person. Special Olympics just confirms the handicaps. Sure, this won't be a fan favorite comment
