Obviously overdoing the peppermint for effect, but real talk: mint in general is a greatly underestimated cooking ingredient. I make salsa and a chicken dish with mint and they are both big hits.

So true! It's a more common ingredient in Middle Eastern dishes, and I've fallen completely in love with it as an ingredient. I use it in tons of recipes, but my favorite is a watered down greek yogurt sauce with mint, garlic, salt, pepper, and cucumbers. It's amazing on its own or with meat or rice or really anything!
I once had Greek mint meatballs and they were amazing.

Josh and his cooking skills are so underrated... you could try remaking these with his exact recipe and you'd get a sickening combo most likely. Too much pepermint or too little and it wont be nearly as good as Rhett and Link are tasting.
I often wonder, as I sit down to watch GMM while eating a meal, if it'll be safe to watch while consuming food. The answer for this one is yes. No gagging or wretching happening in today's episode. LOL
