The highlight of this house tour has got to be the helper's room. It's even bigger than mine!
pro trick: you can watch series at Flixzone. Been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.

Did you know the minimum plot size for a GCB in Singapore is 1400sqm? Don’t mislead with your 13000sqft bungalow as GCB.
This is not a GCB and should not be marketed as one. Maybe should seek clarification from CEA.
How much it cost.is this house for sale or...?.u didnt mentioned price please tell me the price.

Land Plots within GCB zone are all classified as GCB , regardless of size. Size is not the only criteria. Hope this clarifies
That's actually not true. 1400 sqm is a must for classification as GCB. Others are just bunglows.
Great presentation , very detailed explanation however I believe it’ll be better if there’s less commentary ,focus only on core pointers grasp the selling point (uniqueness that’s diff from your average landed ) it’ll look better that way and also get the right demograph of potential buyer to see. A 5-10 min video duration will be recommended cuz usually after 10min it easy lose to interest. Lastly jiayous !!! ✌️ you lost me at 12 min mark 😅

Lovely presenter! However too much talking and irrelevance in the video. Suggest that you use a tripod to take panoramic views of different sections of the house. And focus on the overall picture (the layout) and novelty of the architectural features, not on the Owner's belongings.

Nice smile . But a lot of the commentary is not really relevant. Like “here are 3 fans” or “here is where they put the wine” and “here is a fridge” ! Not really relevant when buying a 15m dollar house.

Looks like 266 Holland Road to me. Stone's throw away from HV. Then again it may be another bungalow with a similar facade design.
The interior deco isn't Zen at all. . More like kiasu rojak. For modern Zen it's Vastu and renewable energy with East facing orientation. Vastu, Zen and sustainable ecological architecture is becoming popular here in the US, Japan, M'sia, India and Thailand. I'm Asian American and like M'sia and S'pore which I believe have great potential for this given their geographical location and cultural heritages. Unfortunately the old Brit colonial mentality still blocks this.
Not a GCB but has the look of it, also the presentation lacks in depth knowledge of how a house of this size functions, there is no mention of the systems and subsystems keeping this place in service. Some of the sliding doors won't survive the first 2 to years of occupancy unless there are only 3 people living in - speaking from current experience - many safety points weren't or are not covered or available. As for the DB box it seems cheap workmanship and allow for future expansion. Frankly speaking this place needs a thorough assessment...the presenter can do better if retrained on how to introduce a home and not just a house. The two are pretty different.

With regards to the Good Class Bungalow (GCB) status, we have made an official enquiry, and it has been confirmed by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) that the property is well indeed a GCB. The sliding doors have been working well for more than 10 years serving families of at least 4 and guests. We appreciate that everyone is entitled to an opinion and we thank you for your feedback.
