Chael add a little almond flour. It makes it much more like a cheese bread. Six months ago I got a rare form of type 1 diabetes. I have to eat little to no carbs. I weighed around 240 and i was weighed at the doctors yesterday 155 and ive never felt better. Dehydrating your favorite meats to jerky make for good snacks. :) My wife has madd amazing dishes for me, she made this six months bearable. :)

@@scottyandell3644 No surgery. And, actually, it was much more than that. In one year's time I got down to 185. So I lost 165 in a year. I broke my wrist three times since June which has made it difficult. To make 185 I dehydrated. From 185 most of what I put on, however, is muscle
