Yes, if you go to the GitHub page in the description and download the project you can open the index.html page with your web browser and it should work without needing to connect to the Internet

Can multiple buttons work on one computer w/different macros?
Yep, they should just show up as different devices. The code can also be modified to add more buttons to a single board
Is it possible to modify the code to work with a 3x3 macro pad or any macro pad with multiple buttons?
