My brother in law brought us an edited version of The Covenant. At the end, it gave a definition of "covenant". I told him, "That is something most people do not understand. Marriage is a covenant, not a contract."
@@ninakaiser2930 I did a triple take when she popped up in a Christmas sweater and a smile - made me almost think I had clicked a different video for a second.
Actually today with femism the story would have a slightly different timeline: Married woman goes out for a vacation or a visits a new location and finds a new guy named "Orlando" she instantly loves, because he makes her "feel special". Her feminist friends and social media convince her, that she has the right and the absolute obligation to cheat on her husband to persuade the "feeling of being special". She cheats on her husband, leaves him, divorces him, sues him in court several times and wrongly accuses him. He therefore looses his job, everyone thinks he's a s*x offender now. He looses the house, his car and all of his money and has to live as a homeless person under a highway overpass in Los Angeles, because she destroyed his life. 7 years later she returns with 3 children from 4 husbands and demands him to take her back because Orlando, Chad, Xavier, Julio have left her. He has rebuild his life and lives happyli ever after, while she is a single mom and has many cats. The end
It's so awkward how writers write these stories . Character falling in love on drop of a hat. As if they are desparate. Butterfly. After breakup of long term relationship. You would think twice. Unless you were heart on your sleeves.
I've seen too many marvista movie trailers where nice guys who help you become obsessive stalkers who try to kill you when you reject them or find out they're murderers and now I can't unsee it.
Please put the Title in the Description or start the narration: "This is a recap for the movie _________." I would have to read through the comments, find "Julie Nolke", search her movies, found "Cabin Connection". I don't have to do those.
This is so comprehensively cliche and old fashioned, it gives me an insidious creepy feeling. Like being in the Stepford Wives community. I keep waiting for Handmaids to show up.
So, you say that you "woke up one day and fell out of love" with your previous guy (@10:18)? Well, why don't I just dust off my heart and hand it over to you to cherish right now. I feel like any guy should avoid women like this at all costs.
6:09 that's gotta be the most be neat toolbox I've ever seen, probably new, and I don't trust folks with overly neat tools, that suggests that they are either new to that kind of profession, or lying to be good at stuff like this 😂 nonetheless, it's ideal but very unrealistic, if he's really good at this job, I would think he'll be having worn out tools and equipment since people around that place would ask for his help most of the time. And plus who has time to clean them all? That kind of job is one of the most physically draining job ever existed so I would assume that at the end of the day he'll be just fixing himself and sleeping his tired body. Anyways, I'm overthinking at this point. Please don't mind me.
This is why i prefer Bollywood movies. I don't believe this love story. Why do they love each other? it's all physical. they know nothing about each other. there is no build-up. no romance. just plain attraction that will fade in a few weeks. if at this age they are still asking their parents what love is or how to recognise true love, then they are not going to have a lasting relationship.
the usual make believe romance masala garbage. woman moves to village, meets a quiet man, finds him attractive, then falls for him. hes the perfect guy in every way. what I dont understand is how women see this and think this will be their reality. this is movie garbage and nothing more. in reality women may want this but will never "settle" for this. hypergamy in full swing.

Great storytelling and recapping! Cole his wife passed away, they didn't divorce.
Thanks for the recap
It’s nice to see Julie found a steady job in a hardware store.
It’s weird seeing Julie Nolke appear in a movie and not time traveling through the pandemic.
i thought she was familiar, but damn!! she is beautiful.
Yes - it got me so confused! 😂
