What’s happening in this Underworld Awakening movie clip?
David (Theo James), and other vampires are fighting Lycans. Selene (Kate Beckinsale), and Eve manage to get rid of them on their side and arrive just in time to save a struggling David. Selene asks him to take the little girl somewhere safe as she heads straight towards a worrying sound.
What’s the movie Underworld Awakening about?
In an old war between vampires and lycans (werewolves), elite vampire-warrior Selene (Kate Beckinsale) and Michael Corvin, a human who got caught up in the conflict, try to survive and understand the world they live in. After the death of the last vampire Elder, Marcus Corvinus, humankind discovers the existence of both vampire and lycan clans. In this fourth installment of the saga, Selene, now a former Death Dealer, wakes up in a world where she must lead the battle with heavily armed humans. She will meet David (Theo James), a fellow vampire, and the two of them will try to protect Eve, a young girl of 12, from the Lycans planning to use her as she is the key to a new breed of super hybrids.

At this point Selene is stronger than the Elders themselves. She could've easily snapped every Lycan's neck without a problem

Loved the underworld franchise. Always thought they could've given a bit more power to the vampires tho. I mean, they're basically just humans shooting at some points in the films. Like, what tf makes them vampires if they can't do anything supernatural when being attacked by werewolves? Lol, I say that as a 100% werewolf over vampire fan too, all day.

Eve is supposed to be stronger than selene witch is Insane to think about. Would love to see how Eve story, now that Selene is a Elder
Selene in Underworld 2 is supposed to outpower everyone since she became significantly stronger after drinking some of Alexander Corvinus's blood. Even before that, she was the best death dealer in her coven. Michael and Eve might have been stronger (just because they're a mix) but none of them have Selene's abilities and expertise in killing.
@@cristopherperalta yes but selene has most likely taught eve to be more methodical and trained her to defend herself then just relying on brute strength as it wouldn’t be enough and I doubt selene would take it easy on eve she would teach her daughter to survive so hand to hand training now imagine eve with her father’s brutality and her mothers cunning and hand to hand skills that is a tribrid I wouldn’t want to deal with like ever.
I feel sorry for a lot of the vampires killed from the lycans. I really where: Selene first shoots six lycans, one other vampire managing to kill one lycan, Eve fighting a lycan, David killing two lycans, Selen using moves to kill another lycan, and then she helping kill the lycan her daughter is fighting. You see lycans taking bites out of people (humans or vampires). But how often do you see someone take bite out of a lycan?

I've never seen any of the Underworld movies except this here right now. Despite being made in 2012, the cgi is horrendous. Looks like the werewolves and vampires are moving in a quick stop motion. Not impressed at all. It COULD be the quality of this vid also, for all I know. But what I'm seeing is pure.... Comedy? I guess cgi was still new back then?
