Special thanks to Cyberlink Power Director editing software for wasting 3 hours ruining the Suzuki video I tried to edit- AND for freezing up twice on this video. ☺ After four hours and it being 1am on a Saturday night- it was time to just get something posted for Sunday. As I start doing these long videos with several edits I can see that it's time to get an Apple computer.....

I went with Polyurea- I still have to do a video on it. It's super slippery when oily. (what isn't?) The decorative chips help give traction and they DO tear up paper towels if you ice skate with them, but it is SO SO SO SO SO much easier to keep everything clean!

I'did mine without removing gaz tank or any other parts. Simply cut out the seat bracket to gain acces to the fuel pump and remove it. Then drill two holes on the frame and made threads. To fix the seat bracket with two 1/4" bolts.

If the wire for the float is close to contacting the strainer, you could bend the wire so there is more clearance. Bouncing around on an ATV you might want more clearance than you have.

Thanks for the video. I’m hoping you or anyone else can help. I took rear back rest off myv2 up seat to use a rear box. However putting it back on the rear seat won’t latch fully n lock in. I must have the arm or spring out of place. Can anyone post pictures or video on how their rear seat is set up? Parts diagram didn’t help. N I’ve taken apart n adjusted a few times now. Also if anyone loses power steering when in deep water the large yellow plug under seat needs dialectical grease as it gets wet.

Awesome video. I had some dirty/muddy water flow through the gas tank vent into the tank. It would not start. I pop the injector lines off, cycled the pump on and off with fresh gas in the tank and put the lines back on. It still acts like water In the fuel. I changed the in line fuel filter. It was pretty dirty. It's a 2008 outlander 800. Do you have any recommendations. Should I pull my pump and clean the pre filter? Would it be the injectors? If so how do you pull them to clean?

Hey Brian I have a 2011 Can Am 800 Max Ltd similar to the one in this video. I have a weird situ. I have not done the tear down yet but when my fuel level gets below 3/4 of a tank it starts to sputter, and will stall out if I don't fan the throttle, If I fill the tank up to full and then it runs like a top. Any ideals? If I fan the throttle and hold it wide open it will usually stay running but not into rocketing down a trail doing 60 or more. I have siphoned all the fuel out and replaced it, but still the same deal with the fuel level, 3/4 it will start to sputter, top it up and good to go.

You're editing long hd files it sucks on the RAM a lot.

Mac or are not better they are very expensive can't even been upgraded.
PC are as able as apple or even more on video editing the owners are the problem they are just machines.
