RC CAR CLEANING & RUST REMOVAL RESTORATION: HPI TROPHY
How to clean RC and remove rust to make it look like new! This has been a bit of a side project i have been working on in my spare time. Its a modified HPI Trophy Truggy Flux with an Mamba monster upgraded 6S capable ESC.
In this episode i get all the suspension components cleaned and springs painted. As well as fit the new wing.

Give me link to this hex17 pls and do you have oil in the shock absorbers and differentials? I'm asking because I need to change the oils in my HPI Trophy Truggy and I don't know which ones will work well for bashing. I will be very grateful to you for your answer.

I just got a used one from ebay and I love cleaning the RC's up and repurposing them. What did you use as a degreaser to make it look so much better? Do you have a parts list or a site you used to get all the used parts from? I know eBay is a source.

Sorry I don’t have list from when I did this.
I used normal automotive degreaser. However I will normally coat my rc’s with wd40 or some sort of water dispersant after washing. Try to avoid any metal having water sit on it and start corrosion.

Thank bro I need this I bought a Wltoys truggy second hand and the steering arm is blended the motor is rusty the suspension is put in wrong and the wrong damn hex😫
