Mere papa ka govt job the, mere papa death ho Gaya hai abhi, papa ka job bade bhayya ko dhi gayithi, mere bhayya be death hogaye, ho job mere babi ko Diya hai ho mujko mere chote bhayi ko kayal nahi karte hai. Isme property inko be dena padta hai kya.

Hi sir I am from Mumbai Maharashtra, my relative stay in SRA , her mother and father was dead and his sister is ready for NOC , but society not cooperate with him , father's name is eligible in annexur 2 and received allotment letter from developer but 14:52 secretary told him to bring builder agreement , which developer not done of every one ,and also told him to realese deed make on ₹ 2100 stamp paper and expense about 7500 rs please guide me and is there developer agreement is necessary in this case ? because when I meet him and told where written in bylaws that agreement in require then he told if 2 witness of society is there than ok

Jo sab ki death ho gayee unke children honge toh aap ke father ke naam par nahi ho sakti...your fathers siblings all children alive have a right.property ki details se sub registrar office se prperty card toh nikaal lo.

You can't sell..if you have other class I heirs it can't get transferred on your name alone
