In the South, the weekday evening meals are supposed to be a time to catch up on the news of the day. Sunday mid-day meals are the best. While Mama makes a great meal and conversation is great, special days at Grandma's are what memories are made of. I really miss Mama and Grandma.

This song is just the song I needed! When I was in college about five or six years ago, my buddies and I would listen to Bruce Springsteen's "Glory Days" one day and we kinda thought to ourselves "when are our 'glory days'" to which we came to the conclusion "These are our glory days" and that became our motto throughout the rest of college and into our lives post college. To us, this meant creating new stories, new adventures, and just enjoying and living up the days as they came and went. I am most definitely going to be listening to this song a lot!
