Rammstein are the best live act in the world. I've seen them 8 times, from small venues, up to arenas and now stadiums, as that's the only place their live show now fits. They are phenomenal, and they've never disappointed me yet. Till (the singer) is a trained pyrotechnician.
The whistling is so dope. Great band. The 3 guitarists must spend a lot of time working together, they are so TIGHT.

Rammstein also goes differently.

These guys never disappoint. It's time to check out some official videos, just to prepare you for something special 😉 My next suggestion: Mein Herz Brennt (official video first and then piano version).
This band has worked hard and earned their successes. They are easily one of the very best live bands ever!
Any song you pick...you won't be disappointed...old, new, reimagined.
For a very different Rammstein, I also suggest Mein Herz Brennt piano version. And the heavier version, original video. Their latest, Deutschland original video is like a mini movie, it will blow your minds!
"Deutschland"'s video is very specific, using many symbols and historical events very specific to germany and often not known internationally (RAF for example)

@John Hill GWAR does have a great live show...but Rammstein has better music, imo.

Please check out their official videos. They put the effort in everything and some videos have to be watched like 'Ohne Dich', 'Keine Lust', 'Amerika', 'Radio', 'Deutschland' and 'Haifisch' (To understand the video you have to watch 'Du hast', 'Sonne' and the three Songs i mentioned in the beginning).

To round all up with a weird twist. Joy Kelly and Till Lindemann are friends and Lindemann is even the Godfather of the first child of Joy Kelly. 🙃 For me it was the best discovery every, for all because as a 12 year old kid, I was listening to the Kelly family and suddenly found myself with the age of 16 with Rammstein. I love this 6 guys. ❤️
One thing that people forget about Rammstein is that they have been together making music since the late ninety's/early 00 with the SAME lineup and still freaking kill it. We talking 20 - 30 yrs of the same guys in the studio and on tour and yet no egos have gotten in the way. That is rare ground.
Rammstein has some of the best intros in music :D they are all so creative and interesting :)
Just for context, the singer Till Lindemann's not only a licensed pyrotechnician, but before the start of his musical career he tried out for the German Olympic swimming team, so he's always been built like a tank to hold enormous props xD
This style of music was referred as “industrial” when they hit American airwaves. They’ve been my favorite for at least 30 years. Welcome to Rammstein kiddos! You’ve not even scratched the surface!

Absolutely agree. The video shows different scenes of German history and it's mind-blowing. There's a version with English subtitles, so you can at least understand what they're singing. There's are versions with English subtitles on many other songs, so for this very song, too. Just watch out for it.

2 of 3 of the best European Metal Bands done!!! You got Rammstein (most insane live performances), you got Nightwish (with the goddess and valkyrie of Metal music Floor Jansen) > missing??? Epica, the 2nd unbelievable Symphonic Metal Band next to Nightwish. Why? Epica IS EPIC 🤩. Start with "Kingdom of Heaven Part 3" Omega Alive. You will be blown away completly. Bet?

The music spans related styles such as hard rock and alternative metal, but also German rock and techno elements as well as electro elements and industrial.
Internationally, Rammstein is perceived and described as a German metal band, which is also due to the fact that certain ironies and symbols or associations are not understood because they are German.
By the way: Till Lindemann is a trained pyrotechnician, which explains the extreme elements of Pyrotechnic and fire on stage.

This song is in the 2nd album from 1997, and is darker than the new albums of Rammstein.
