-10° Solo HOT YURT Camping During a Snowstorm in Northern Idaho [ Cozy, Relaxing ASMR ]

- I decided to test out a few camping products I found on amazon in the middle of a snowstorm around the Sandpoint, Idaho area. My trusty 80 series Land Cruiser got me up a steep trail, to my campsite and started right up in the morning in 10° weather just like Toyotas do!
Also happy to anounce that we upgraded to a Canon R6 MkII so from now on video quality will be greatly improving!
Insulation is key. Make sure you get a PVC tent instead of nylon. Pvc is wind and rain proof.
The less screen the better for winter. Place more tarps over your tent to keep your heat in. Drafts can be horrible. One small draft can freeze you to the bone. If your insulated enough your body heat will heat the tent up. Also to get warm really quickly after you enter your bed. Lift up your covers above your body till you see your knees. And breath your hot breath inside the tunnel for a minute or two. Then close that hot air inside with you.

Yeah the cheap patch they gave with the tent melted but it’s really not that obtrusive unless it’s raining. Yeah it’s kinda fun with full tire pressure spinning all 4😃

It was freezing! I had to wear them on and off so I could push buttons on the camera 😆 luckily it was like 90 in that tent 😅
