I could watch this all day! I love the lessons, the songs, the fellowship among generations of women. It is so incredible to have matriarchs pass down knowledge like this! What a blessing to be fully acquainted with your own culture and have the opportunity to pass beautiful traditions down. Doing so gives so much meaning to life, along with pride in your culture. So many diasporans, especially descendants of slave trading, wish for something wonderful like this (including myself). 😢Treasure these practices, protect them!
