Seems like we have a passing of the guard in NZL. Wow. These two are in a different race from everyone else, but between them, what a race, indeed. But the Olympics loom large and we’ll see who emerges. Congratulations to the Polish paddler who came in a respectable third.

Lisa as a veteran and senior in all her achievements the years to this point since her last Olympics. against a younger and worthy competitor which they will both be very thankful they are at the height of their game to compete at their very best come the Olympics. I do want to call out who's responsible for the incredibly disasterous and disrespectful TRANSLATION of our proud Maori language. Should be FIRED!
