    These 2 amazing Kiwi ladies are sizing each other up and the one who adapts the best may just pop the other at the Olympics. Kiwi women are simply the best, That's why I was lucky enough to marry one 😄

    Seems like we have a passing of the guard in NZL. Wow. These two are in a different race from everyone else, but between them, what a race, indeed. But the Olympics loom large and we’ll see who emerges. Congratulations to the Polish paddler who came in a respectable third.

    Congratulations to Lisa and Amy. I'm so proud of you both. Lisa as a veteran and senior in all her achievements the years to this point since her last Olympics. against a younger and worthy competitor which they will both be very thankful they are at the height of their game to compete at their very best come the Olympics. I do want to call out who's responsible for the incredibly disasterous and disrespectful TRANSLATION of our proud Maori language. Should be FIRED!

      Thats the longest delay on the start line we have seen...evidently they were waiting for motorboat wash to settle.
