I remember following along with this video as I was studying & finishing my last semester of college. Now I'm running my own company and came back to use this method AGAIN because I still get caught up in distractions. Love that you can use this for more than just studying and I can still make time for some anime.

Thank you for the video. I haven't been studying/reviewing anything since I graduated high school. And I've forgotten most of what I've studied. Trying to review everything I've learned has been a wreck and boring. I have been watching anime and other cartoons and playing games since summer break started. This is a nice method as it "motivates" me to study and be able to balance studying and entertainment.
