How to go down steps in a manual wheelchair

Shows the process to descend stairs when in a wheelchair. This process is not for all that are in wheelchairs. Only attempt if you feel you have the arm strength and hand grip strength

This chair is an Action A4. Has fold down rigid back, mountain bike tires and 4 inch softroll casters.

Was the squeal your chair dragging on the railing? Sounded like brakes dragging.

good ear. yes, that was the handrail rubbing that metal railing during my descent.
