Elephant Blocks Trucks To Steal Bundles Of Sugar Cane From Them

- This is the moment a sweet-toothed elephant stopped passing trucks so he could steal a trunk full of sugar cane.
The juvenile, nicknamed Auan-tia by a park ranger, ambled out of the woods and blocked the road like it was his ''own police checkpoint''.
The wild elephant then happily took the agricultural products from fully stacked passing trailers in the Wildlife Sanctuary in Chachoengsao, Thailand, yesterday (January 8).
Gigantic Auan-tia spent several minutes foraging through each truck in the convoy which had been travelling from a local farm.
After sniffing through one vehicle, he looted some food before holding up the next truck in the line and doing the same.
His lunch was made up of sugar cane and cassava.
Khun Angluenai, a government wildlife officer who captured the video, said: ''The elephant was checking every car that passed. I think he believed he was a police inspector.
''It was like he had set up his own checkpoint to look through the vehicles, just like officers do. When he finished inside one car, he went onto the next one.''
The elephant trundled back into the jungle after he had finished his lunch. However, wildlife officials reminded drivers to beware of the animals.
They said: ''The best way to handle the situation is to allow the elephants to continue with what they want. They will walk away when they are ready. If they are frightened they may react aggressively.''

Or the trucker doesn't want to leave a dissatisfied elephant behind to damage the trucks behind him. It'd be interesting to know whether the final truck hesitated in the same way, with nothing behind him in the convoy for the elephant to harm. And I wonder if elephants get sugar rushes or if that's just from refined sugar?

If we turn from the sins we have committed and repent (turn away from our sin and pursue the opposite direction of love through Christ) He will, overtime, recreate us back into that previously perfect image through The Holy Spirit which Jesus sends to all who accept Him as their personal Lord and Savior of their life.
He is in Heaven right now preparing a place for us so that He can take His faithful, believing children home with Him when He returns. He will ressurrect us from death when He returns, giving mercy to those who accept His love, instruction and teachings in their life, and give justice to those who refuse it.
He doesn't want ANY of us to go to Hell and die for continuing in evil and rejecting His way to life, thats why He died FOR us. He wants us to be His and begin to follow His life of love and service through Him (not ourselves as it's impossible without depending on His power and instruction). So long as we keep our hearts near to Christ through His strength, strive to obey His will of perfect love revealed in the Bible, and ask Him to help us in the midst of (very certain) pitfalls and struggles, we will, in time, win the victory over sin, pain and DEATH through Christ. Even if you are willing to be made willing, pray for Jesus to come in and He will.
NOTE: You are NEVER too sinful or messed up that God cannot turn your life around through Jesus. EVER.

The elephant is an Asian elephant (small ears as opposed to the much larger ears of an African elephant). - I love elephants - majestic creatures.
