You can start a sourcing company. However, you should switch to this company's work and residence permit (aka work visa) immediately after that BEFORE you run this company. If you run it for some time after the registration WITHOUT getting the necessary work and residence permit, it will be consider as illegal work.

Hello, yes it is easy once you register a company. Salaries start from 4000 yuan / month an up (+/-), depending on the region and their skills.
