    String Sizes:
I cut all my thread as long as my armspan. I sometimes do a bit extra just in case! Love the video!

Another good idea is to make two braids at the end after tying it off and tying the two braids through the loop and tying them together

    Hi Vinney.
I like your demonstration except for I couldn't see how you tied your knot because you forgot to move the camera. I would’ve like see the method you used.

purchase your choice of colors in embroidery thread/floss from a craft or fabric store.
measure the length of the thread to your arm-span and cut.
once you’ve cut all your thread, align them with one another and fold them creating a U-shape.
at the top of the U, leave a bit of space and tie a knot. (space for the button.
tape the opening onto a flat surface and begin by grabbing the color of thread you want your anklet/bracelet to begin with.
      (i’ll call this thread #1)
pull thread #1 out towards the side, creating a 4 like pattern. then, with the end of thread #1, go under the other threads.
bring it through the angle in the 4, and pull so it’s tight. (so thread #1 would go out to the left, back over towards the right. over the other threads, then under and through.)
repeat that until you want to change colors. do the same process for threads #2, #3, and maybe #4 or #5. (depends on how many colors you’re using.)
i hope this helps even though it’s much later than when you first commented. sorry if i made it more complicated. good luck!
