Interest rates rise, causing financial strain,
Inflation follows suit, inflicting economic pain.
Anti-Semitism lingers, a poison in their wake,
Tolerance eroded, compassion at stake,
Foreign policy gone astray, igniting wars,
Leaving nations broken, with unseen scars.
Seeing racism where it does not exist,
Dividing the people, unity dismissed,
Political opponents removed, a democracy's plight,
Suppressing voices, fairness takes flight.
Defunding the police, a perilous choice,
Safety compromised, leaving communities without voice,
Handouts for votes, a calculated scheme,
Sacrificing integrity, democracy's redeem.
But alas, their policies, a dismal affair,
Helping no one, leaving the country in despair,
An unsafe, poor, and laughable place,
Their actions mocked, a nation's grace.
In the realm of politics, we seek a better way,
To rise above division, find unity each day,
To build a nation fair, where all can find their space,
With policies that uplift, and dignity embrace.
