Creating space for creative workflow | Journaling, cleaning, nature walks

In this vlog, I´m sharing my go-to reset routine for when I´m feeling stuck in a rut and want to get back into more high-vibe energy. My resets are usually nothing crazy, they consist of a lot of cleaning and organisation. But also getting some mental clarity through journaling. Another element that can be nice is doing the classic home spa session, which I totally forgot this time.
It´s really nice to get chores out of the way to be able to go into a creative workflow or get started with things in general. It sets one up for feeling productive but still grounded.
The important thing when it comes to good habits and routines is not to never fall off track but rather to find a way back when we do. It´s impossible to always be at our best, but we can help ourselves by creating strong groundwork.
